Generational Leadership

Hearing about the ways members of different generations work together is pretty common. Hearing those issues framed in terms of a mixed generation Rotary Club is more rare.  Tom's program highlights each group's strengths, and how we can all work together to help our clubs succeed long into the future!

Speaker Biography:

Tom Gray is  an education and training specialist for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense School and Doctrine Center and heads up TAG Solutions and Consulting for leadership and management. He is a Rotarian in the Leavenworth Club and served in several leadership positions to include committee chair, director, club trainer, president, Rotary Leadership Institute facilitator and is assistant district governor.
