Care Beyond the Boulevard has grown exponentially from its inception as one weekly clinic to an organization now serving thousands throughout the metro, while continuing to keep the patient at the core of its mission.

Rachel Hostetler leads the Wyandotte County Health Equity Task Force and will be joining the Club's meeting to speak about the work of the task force in developing and implementing a transition of care approach for former patients of a closed Wyandotte County clinic. Additionally, Rachel will address the Task Force's efforts to rebuild a community healthcare safety net so as to ensure that all residents have access to care.
